I like to observe people in their surrounding, their reactions to the world rather than to me or the camera. This is not the close up street life photography where the person fills the frame and their expression, their reaction, creates a striking image. This is quieter, more reserved observation.
I hope you enjoy the images and that some, whether it is Spiderman coming to the rescue of two gentlemen, the small child seeming to ask the carriage driver, ‘Are you Father Christmas? or the mannequins flaunting their behinds in a window high above scurrying shoppers, make you smile.
