I am a creative writing and photography tutor, that sounds impressive doesn’t it?

No?

OK, I have a first-class honours degree in Creative Writing and English Language and forty years experience as a professional photographer. Getting better?

Yeah, great, you have qualifications so what are you trying to sell me?

Nothing. I’d like you to read my articles and short stories and look at my photographs.

In the real world, that’s the place where people meet, shake hands and interact, I run creative writing and photography classes. I am paid to run these classes so that people can learn for free.

That’s my day job.

So here are the notes from these classes and they’re free. There’s also some of my short stories to read (so you can work out whether I can write) and portfolios of photos (you get the idea).

One thing to remember. Just because they are free that doesn’t mean you can plagiarize them, copy the photos and flog them or republish any of this sites content. There’s links on each page to sites where, for a modest fee you can buy my photographs or subscribe to read more of my short stories and articles.
